Sign up & connect your Site ID
This is the optional step that plugs your site into our network. Sign up once, get a Site ID, paste it into the plugin — and paid offers start filling your ads.
Do I need to sign up?
Only if you want paid offers from the PubExa network. The plugin works perfectly without an account — you can run your own ads in the tab right away. Signing up is what lets us send relevant paid ads to your site and pay you a share of what they earn. You can do it now or any time later.
Step by step
- Create your account. Fill in the short form on the sign-up page — name, email, password, and your website.
- Get your Site ID. As soon as you finish, we show your Site ID. It looks like
a short unique codeand identifies this site to the network. Copy it. - Open the plugin. In your WordPress admin, go to PubExa → General → Connectivity.
- Paste and save. Put the Site ID in the field and save. The connection status turns to Connected.
Turning paid offers on
Once you're connected, make sure the plugin is set to actually show network ads. In PubExa → Mobile → Ad Source, choose Remote to show only network offers, or Hybrid to alternate them with your own ads. With the source set to Local only, the network stays off even when you're connected — that switch is always yours to flip.
If something looks off
- Status isn't Connected. Re-check the Site ID for a missing character, paste it again, and save.
- No paid ads yet. Give it a short while after connecting, and make sure your ad source is Remote or Hybrid rather than Local only.
- Nothing on the homepage. Check whether Do not display on the homepage is turned on in the Mobile tab.
